Programming work on the web-based submission tool has been delayed. NJACT has decided that all reviews for the 2009-2010 season should be submitted using the new Excel spread sheets, which reflect the new review criteria and scoring rules. If you are an approved and trained NJACT Perry Award reviewer, here are the steps you should follow to submit your review.

  • After you've seen the show, download a copy of the appropriate spread sheet (musical or play) from the Document Library to your computer's hard drive.

  • Make a copy of the spread sheet on your hard drive and change the file name to the title of the show you are reviewing.

  • Open the spread sheet and read the instructions on the "Instructions" tab.

  • Click on the "Enter Review" tab and enter the show's information and your scores into the colored fields in the sheet. Be sure to score all applicable elements. For the scores you must use a number from 0 to 10 or "N/A" if the item to be scored does not apply to the show you are reviewing. Never leave a score of "0" in the spread sheet unless that is the actual score you want to give to an element of the show.

  • Once you've saved your work, email a copy of the spread sheet to reviewercompliance@njact.org and mail a copy of the show's program to NJACT, PO Box 2078, Linden, NJ 07036.
